Thats awesome!! I think it will definitely be a big seller.

supralover72 02.29.2008 11:18 PM

That is amazing. ME WANT!

crazyjr 03.01.2008 12:21 AM

Time for a new racer:lol:

Arct1k 03.01.2008 12:56 AM

Has basically every hop up... the new 17mm setup looks neat - not sure why they bothered with proprietry hexes though

drkros3 03.01.2008 01:11 AM

wow thats really nice.

MetalMan 03.01.2008 02:32 AM

Moved to the Revo section.

Looks nice! There is one thing that would make it significantly better - if it were electric. I don't understand why Traxxas is lagging so much on making an out-of-the-box electric 1/8-size MT racer. This new Revo is a step in the right direction, but it's still nitro...

u know it would be brushed and would be 2 motors and 2 batterys like the emaxx. it wont be cool unless its brushless.

Sammus 03.01.2008 06:16 AM

Seen the price tag? it's nearly double the 3.3. It seems hard to believe that all those hop ups would even add up that much... still looks nice though.

On another note, I ofter wonder why there is no traxxas 1/8th buggy...

big greg 03.01.2008 10:49 AM

i saw that... they want like 900$ or so for it, and it still had the piddily little 3.3 in there, my revo will still whoop it, they shouldve went with a brushless revo next, that wouldve been awesome

supralover72 03.01.2008 11:21 AM

Well, to be fair, this is a "limited edition" so you couldn't expect much else in terms of price.

But I highly doubt this is the "next revo"

Sylvester 03.01.2008 11:22 AM

One of the biggest improvements IMO is the steel brace clips around the knuckles so you dont have to buy replacement knuckles since you'll see less popping ;).

900 is just the retail, im pretty sure its gonna be in the 600-700 range when it actually comes out.

Haldir 03.01.2008 11:23 AM

cool, but I 'll take my E-Revo over it any day, and I am sure you guys feel the same way about yours.

Required items sold separately:
Two-channel transmitter with 8 AA batteries, mini receiver,
paint, starter box, glow igniter, charger, and fuel.

supralover72 03.01.2008 11:57 AM

^Why not make an e-revo platinum then? ;)
