G-Maxx Revo slipper problem.
I have a G-Maxx Revo with the single-speed emaxx tranny in it, it has the original t/emaxx spur gear and slipper system on it. My problem is that no-matter how much i tighten it down, it keeps slipping, are there any suggestions on how to stop it?:slap:

You can always get a new slipper system. The stock one is known for not being "the greatest one around" in terms of performance.

Look for a 'Strobe' or 'RobinsonRacing' slipper, or since you have the single speed conversion tranny, you could always use the revo input shaft & slipper and trim that down to fit too...

I converted to the revo slipper but I'm waiting to receive my new 5mm rotor from Novak, can't wait to see if everything works together, hopefully it does and works great cause the stock e-maxx slipper does suck! It was all or nothing for me, I had the nut backed off less than 1/2 turn and melted te spur gear! Def get rid of it and upgrade!

I have a thread in the temp forum about the revo slipper mod, not very difficult and definately worth it. The stock emaxx friction peg slipper sucks!

I have the stock emaxx tranny. In my signature is a link to a thread I did about converting a Robinson racing slipper kit for the emaxx. I love mine.

I use the RRP Dual Slipper with MonsterGT slipper hardware(best $3.00 I've ever spent).
