I have the record for DM1 electric conversions with the porche body painted yellow using fascolor faslucent yellow paint running on grp rally tires on grey rims and using airtronics servos with red aluminum servo horns.

71mph

Can that be a class?

I believe OFNA calls it X-Scale.

Are there any restrictions for the Worlds Fastest RC?

Ie: chassis', motor, batteries, etc?

I've been speaking to a friend that owns a Hobby Shop here in Aust about it www.rcgarage.com & he's all for giving the record an attempt.

The government just opened a new section of freeway too, hehehe. Although, the dragstrip is a safer bet.

Depending on what we do, this may take a while as my op's in 2 weeks & 16 weeks recovery.

Check out http://www.fast-rc.co.uk/forum/index.php for details. This is the official site for ROSSA (Radio Operated Scale Speed Association).

Good to see you on here D .

Nick is interested in a record attempt ? this will be fun

You might want to update sunny's record. He's at 90 now. Or maybe you shouldn't, cuz I'm just gonna pass that in a few weeks with mine :P As long as the duct tape holds the body together, I should hopefully break into the 70s on my next attempt.
