gas revo troubles
 

hey so i went and bought a really clean revo for 300 bucks off ebay. it was a great deal if everything was in good running condition.

couple weird problems.

when i start up the truck it jumps like crazy and wont stay at a normal idle. i know my throttle setting is not messed up because the carb is completely closed. also. the idle is only about 1/2 turn out. could it be the low speed? i have NEVER messed with that..

another thing. the truck rolls real smooth forward but going backward its pretty tight. and the diffs make a clicking noise. does this mean they are out?
