Venom Speedster Touring Car wheels - need wrench
 

Hey all -

Just ordered and received a set of Venom Speedster wheels for my touring car, and do not have a wrench/socket that can fit into the wheel, so I can tighten the axle hex nut.

I can't even get needlenose pliers in there to turn it.

The stock Associated wheel wrench doesn't fit, it's close, but no cigar.

Does anyone have experience with these wheels, and if so, how did you tighten your hexes up?

Do you know if its metric or not?

6 point socket with thin wall, may take a little shopping of brands to find right fit.

Not sure if the nut is metric, this is the part -

TRIC2254

the socket needs to be THIN, i hope i can track one down. I'm going to call Venom on Monday and see what they use, someone MUST have had this problem before me.
