Where to get 12ga black/red silicon wire?
Hello,
I'll need to make a Y plug to join my 2 2S Lipos for my e-Revo, and so I'm looking for a few feet of black/red wire. Does anyone know of a good store / eBay store where I could get that without having to buy 100 feet? Thanks Loa |

the have plenty of short wires in stock, but cheapest is always standard electronic parts store |
I get my Deans Wet Noodle from http://www.robotmarketplace.com/prod...cessories.html

I have gone to my local electronics shops and they have tons of wire, but it is hard to find true silicon jacket wire. Thats what makes the wire really flexible.
I have found some 10 up to 14 gauge wire that has multiple strands, but no silicon jacketing. While looking the local shops told me that silicon jacket really raises the price of the wire as well. |
Thanks for the info.
Unfortunately the local electronic parts store sucks A$$ like you wouldn't believe it. I mean: old women staff it. It's really awful. I found a store on eBay that would sell some for 10$ shipped (3 feet length of each color). Couldn't find anything cheaper with shipping cost to Canada. Thanks Loa |
check your local hobby shop, the two near me have rolls of wire right behind the cash register.

Wet Noodle
My vote is for the Deans Wet Noodle, I bought some at a LHS and that is all I use for now, it is HIGHLY flexible, it bends where you want it to

www.stormerhobbies.com has Dean's and Trinity 12g wire. You can also order direct from Trinity too. Most hobby shopps into electric will have 12g for wiring speedo's and batteries.

I know Mike stocks 12g Deans ultra wire... just include some in your next order.
We use the Ultra wire over the Wet Noodle, cheaper, and the strands won't break as quick. |
