can a MMM handle a Lehner 1920/1930
Hey so i was looking at some lehner motors seeing as i cant find neu's as easly, so now im wondering if a MMM would work well with the motor and how to even wire the motor. And since im using it in my LST would a 1920/10 or /8 handle the weight? I also saw 1930/X but if i go that rout which would work best with stock gearing?

Neu's are alot easier to find than Lehner's and are better value for money. Have you asked Mike about Neu's, they recently updated their motors which is why there aren't a whole bunch of them on store shelfs

If you're in europe then you can go for Lehner or Plettenberg motor, if not.
You better buy a NEU motor. |
Wanna share where you can find these Lehners? I want a couple.

Also, to answer your original question. Yes the MM handles Lehners awesomely. I was running a 1950 on one fine.
The others are right though, no way a 1920/30 is enough for a LST. 1940 would do well. |
Well as much as i hate to admit it but i found them at FD, i know about the whole bad experience with him, but chris seemed very helpful when i was talking to him about them. But going back to the neu's, no i have not asked mike about them yet, I just always assumed that neu's sold out fast on here, so i figured that if i tried to get one here it would take a long time to get one.

Call and order through CC if Mike doesn't have it. They may have it...

I think Mike use to sell them aswell but didn't want to know more so maybe give Mike @ RC-Monster a e-mail to see if he can get one in for you |
