I have heard talk about it for a few months now and by the looks of it, it will be going ahead

Well, since ebay owns both it would be stupid of them to miss out on 1 set of fees when they could have both!

Still can't see how they can stop people from emailing each other giving them bank details etc. instead of going through paypal
