Swallow charger errors
 
hi there. this is aimed at those with higher/better knowledge of electronics and the swallow ac/dc charger.

heres my problem. it was working fine, until i decided to see what i could get into... details below. all im after is a solution to fix this/reset if to normal...

here goes nothing:whistle:

hold battery type and enter then turn on
this will show, and arrow keys can be used to change the values

1 second later shows

DATA FAILED

then beeps very fast, the same speed as an error code

this is my ebay auction of the charger... and i need to get it sorted asap or bad things will happed:diablo::surprised:

can anyone offer advice to help fix this? ive never played around with calibrating chargers or the like... and i need to get it fixed asap... any ideas, i got it 2nd hand so no warrenty. cant even find a contact number or email to ask the suppliers how to fix this... it seems as if im the only one whos had this issue.

yes, but it doesnt say anywhere how to fix the problem...

I know, but I was hoping that it would explain the functionality, or maybe some initial setup step that needs to be done that you were missing.

any ideas on finding a contact email for these guys? like if the average joe can screw it up, (and it looks like im the only one to do so, guess im not so average!) then shouldnt there be an easy fix? id rather send it in to get it repaired and updated with a123 software than just have it sitting here...
im just pissed off my curiosity got the better of me again...
