suggested motors for buggy on 4s
 

hi there, sorry if this has been answered comprahensively beofer, post a link and ill delete this one :)

but. ill be running 4s a123 (yes its not much, but realistically running 5 or even 6s2p would weigh a ton!)

i was thinking of a 1512 neu, the medusa's dont offer anything with enough kv... any other viable options other than the feigaos/ super cheapo ripoffs (something of medusa's quality would be great)


i want to go around 35mph but also be able to gear it up (or get another cell in series) to go a little faster to show off to my electric hating friends...:intello:


am i right in thinking something around 2700kv is about right? too fast, or too slow... gearing suggestions would be nice too (will be running that kyosho spur)

The 1512 2d/f at 2550kv is a very good choice. 11T pinion for small tracks and 12T for the big tracks.
