email reply from b-p-p a little on the slow side?

just wondering how everyones experience was with them, i inquired about a 5i charger from them, took them about a week to reply, sent them a reply telling them to send me an invoice monday, no reply? just wondering as i am an impatient person lol

I have had great service with BPP and Troy has always been most helpful.

I emailed them a month or two ago asking about the 5i ac/dc (they no longer have it), a few days later they emailed me back answering my question and they were very helpful.
I ended up buying my 0610i from them a few weeks after that and it got shipped out quickly (no padding inthe box though).

He works out of his house so sometimes it can be slow but usually it will be good, he ships out of a Post Office store close to my house at least when I tried to mapquest the address of the place and drove by that is what I found

troy is solid but yes slow sometimes on email - i'm sure like mike he gets inundated...

My experience with Troy has always been a good one. Great service, and a nice guy. He is a little slow at times, but I give him slack since he's a one man operation.

Troy is slow on e-mail sometimes. I made a purchase that took about a month to get to my house and it was in stock when I bought it.

Purchase: March 11
BPP: March 14 "Product is on its way"
Me: March 28 "Haven't received product"
BPP: March 30 "I'll check on Monday (Mar 31)"
Me: April 1 "I haven't heard from you"
Me: April 7 "I still haven't heard from you"
BPP: April 8: "Product should arrive in a few days"
Received Product: April 11

On the other hand, I've also had instant replies and great customer service replacing a broken LBA-10. It's hit and miss I guess.
