Electric newb question
I drove one BL in my life and it was a Trinity Now. My question is how do you guys have yours set up to brake? On the trinity it was forward or reverse on the trigger. Kind of crazy to drive and felt a little uneasy the 5 minutes I drove it. I guess it seemed rough on the truck to me to put it in reverse to slow it or bring it to a stop. I am use to actually having brakes on my nitros and 5th scale Baja. Comments

The larger car controllers have an actual brake with reverse lockout. You must come to full stop with the brake then release throttle to go in reverse.

So do you own the NOW or were just driving a mates? I thought the NOW comes with the Mamba-25, it might be not setup right on the computer then.

Yep, stock brake settings are pretty on or off with the mamba 25 I thought. But it's easy to soften them down a lot if you have the castle link. I've never tried changing the settings by the tx, so I don't know how much you can change like that.
