why can't my friend(Donga) post any thread in webboard?

why can't my friend(Donga) post any thread in webboard? He can log in but can't post any thread. what does he do anything wrong?

I don't see any "Donga", only "Jan Donga". Even in the moderation panel, the user doesn't seem to exist at all - that user isn't even waiting for moderation or anything...

FYI: I can only look at that info, but I don't think I can change/save it...
