Thanks keeping an eye on those ones. I would like to keep it under 200 bucks.

If I see any, I'll PM ya. I have seen some M8's in the $150-170 range though.

What is the difference between the m8 and m11? I have seen the m8s with spectrum modules and receivers for less than $150. I really want a bada$$ radio with tons of features!

I'm not exactly sure what all is different. I know the M8 is the older model that was replaced by the M11, but I think it has a lot of the same features.

Are you wanting to go Spektrum with it or keep it FM? If going Spektrum, have you thought about the DX3R?

rootar 06.03.2008 11:17 PM

linc they dont even make a radio with enough model profiles for all your r/cs most model memory ive seen is 30 right? and thats NEVER supposed to be surpassed by one person, so thats right linc you have too many......your addicted man and the only way to remedy this is to share them with all your buddies on rc-monster for fair prices right guys?

rootar 06.03.2008 11:19 PM

he need (5) dx3rs to run all his rigs, and (2) m11s or m8s

I have a bunch of fm receivers, and have the noavk switch synth module for the m8-m11. I may go 2.4, but have not had the best experiences with the spectrum stuff...

Stuff will be up for sale soon, so keep your eyes here...

I already have 4 radios full of settings, so that is 40 profiles. The m11 has a 30 model memory, so I can buy a few more, as I do not have 70 rcs yet.

rootar 06.03.2008 11:35 PM

true that linc 70 is a more well rounded number than 50 anways....

Glad you see it my way!

Looking at the M8, it only has a 10 model memory. I currently have 5 novak synth rec and an airtronics synth rec. Will the m8 work with a hitec or futaba receiver?

I found a killer deal on an m8 with the spectrum module and a spectrum receiver. Since I have everything else, I may have to give it a try.

Possibly the Hitec, but definitely not the Futaba.

Just Quoting You.

Since you are always playing word police I just had to say something. hekp isn't even a word in Russian.

Anyway if you search long enough I am sure you will find and M11 for a fair price. They do pop up from time to time on EBay. You may even see a used React around that price. Of course you need more R/C stuff. Soon you will need a warehouse just to keep your hobby stuff in.
