Help !!!! Lol

Hi ,

I am a newbie to the whole rc nitro scene I purchased a evolution 4 conversion kit for my t-maxx and was wondering if anyone could offer some info on the best way to put it together . Is transfering the parts over 2 the new chassis going to be a problem ? I was actually hoping that the kit came with a manual but unfortunately it didn't . I have read some reviews on the kit and am aware that its not the greatest for bashing but with all the extra parts I am planing on having a truck I can beat the hell out of lol . I have a few parts that I upgraded before buying the kit . Nothing really just full skid plate , front and rear bumpers , battery pack instead of the four cell and suspension arms all from integy . The rest of the truck is pretty much stock . Any info I can get would be a huge help

Return it to where you bought it for a refund- Integy is no good whatso ever for any kind of bashing. The quality/ grade of aluminum they use (compared to what they say they use) leaves alot to be desired. Better off with a supermaxx chassis from ebay- same or less money, but much better quality.

i agree with neil. I have had/have integy and it sucks, unless it is a shelf queen.

Help Again !!! Lol

Thanks for the reply guys . I'm aware of the issue that integy is not good for strength / bashing but I don't plan on bashing with this truck once I have put the kit together . I mentioned that I plan on building a truck strictly for bashing with the spare parts and addtional purchases . Now back to my original question ... whats the best way to put the kit together ? Is there a certain order that would make the rebuild easier ? What parts in the kit should be assembled before i start adding my engine ,servo's etc ? Again any info would be awesome . Oh if its any help the evolution 4 conversion kit can be seen on 2coolrc.com but only in blue .

Thanks

start with assembling the diffs if needed then get your front and rear done and in one peice then attach each front rear to the chassis. then install motor servos etc. That is how i do my savage and cant see why the tmaxx would be that much different.

Did you try Integy's tech support? I just looked and the evolution 4 instructions don't seem to be available.
