my mmm is working but where is the USB

ok where is the usb plug on this MMM?
so far it is working but brakes HAVE to be adj before i do an endo.

you should have gotten an adapter with a usb on one end and the other end plugs into the plug that plugs into your receiver. If that was a little too confusing...unplug the esc from your receiver and plug it into the adapter cable. There is no actual usb on the MMM itself, you have to use the adapter.

Hope that helps, maybe someone else can explain it better if not.

it uses the Castlelink like the Mamba 25 does

link....http://www.impaktrc.com/product_info...oducts_id=2374

but one should have come with your MMM

While we're on the basic subject, can i use that same adapter to set my CCBEC to run at 6v instead of 5.1v?

Superbasher 06.10.2008 12:50 PM

I would imagine so, as long as you can change it from a PC.

auto2 06.10.2008 01:37 PM

yes and do it before you connect the BEC to the wiring if you do it after it can confuse the program about whether to link to the ESC or the BEC

Oh, so everytime you want to program the BEC you have to un-solder the battery wires? Does this also work with the ESC then?

tc3_racer_001 06.11.2008 02:19 AM

id imagine you would only have to unsolder one? glad to know (i just assumed that this was the case)
