Mechanical brakes on new E-Maxx?

100% impossible.

The brake mechanism is built into the tranny case on the tmaxx and revo, but the emaxx has no such mechanism- it uses motor braking as its a purely electric vehicle, not a nitro conversion.

If you could shoe-horn in a revo or tmaxx tranny, and link up a brake servo in place of one of the steering servos (or shift servo even), then you might have something....

The 3905 tranny can take a beating - no need for mech. brakes on this truck, either. :)

I think you are more likely to fry your controller from WOT and something getting caught in the spur than from motor braking
