E Revo and HPI Baja comparison pics
Not all that much bigger..... I am surprised to the size of this Revo. The Revo is bigger than the 3.3.

I am also pretty surprised at the sizes... I though the 5b would be much, much bigger. Have you ran the Revo in the sand yet? How does it compare to the baja's with only 2wd?

Damn, wasn't going to think they were that big, might have to try and see one at my local store (1 hour drive)
|
That's big..well i have to wait another week or so before I can get my hands on my e-revo :)
|
yea they're not much bigger cos its a 1/8 TRUCK remember??? 1/8 buggies are smaller so putting it on a 1/5 scale.... if its a TRUCK then thats when you'll realise YEP its BIG...
|
From Traxxas' specs it looks like it's 10mm longer wheelbase than the Revo 3.3.
|
At my LHS saw one this weekend and it is a little bigger than the Platinum edition Revo. It is quite impressive to look at. I am not sold on the battery trays though. Looks like a couple of side impacts could prove costly to the batts...IMO

i saw and drove one at the track today, handled well imo, and for the stock titans it had some good torque, he was running lipos tho, i did not think it was any bigger than my 3.3 tho
|
hmm...I bet with extended a-arms you could really get the revo planted to the ground.

When I compared to E-revo to my RC8, it sure did look big. With the offset rims I had, gave it a much better looking stance than the standard offset of the stock rims.
Looking forward to getting this out there and running. |
