Off Topic - Antique Caterpillar/Tractors/Gas Engines

Kind of the RC Topic but I thought I would share... I am in Woodland, CA for an Antique Antique Caterpillar/Tractors/Gas Engine show with my parents.. I have been going to these all of my life with my Dad and Mom. My Dad is a big collector and I have always been into Caterpillars.. Anyways I thought I would give a shout and send some links of the pictures and videos I took today..

Here is a link to our website (It's way outdated)

Here is a link to Holt Steam Tractor - this tractor is the only one in existence. The only original piece is the crankshaft. He built the rest from the ground up.. and we throuhgt our brushless projects were a challenge..

Cool stuff - but the photobucket link didnt work for me.

Old tractor restoration is really catching on, its amazing how much they go for now.

I used to go to threshing bee's when I was a kid. They had "slow" races, where the tractor that finished last won. Apparently, due to the way a steam engine works, it take smore talent and a better tractor to go slow with it than it does to let it go.
