Possible to combine two orders?

I have already made an order and now I am waiting my MMM esc along with some stuffs to come. Is it possible to make another order and combine these two order into one in order to save the shipment fee. If the answer is positive, please tell me how to make the second order? Thanks.

Not a problem at all - simply make the order for any additional items you need and leave a note regarding the combined shipment. We will ship everything together and refund any excess shipping charges from the double order. :)

I have done with the ordering. Was it right? What's next?

Did you leave a note requesting that we combine the order with your pre-order? What is the order number?

in the past I have made an order and forgot to add another item I needed so I had to place a 2nd order and Mike automatically combined the 2nd and refunded the extra money to my Paypal account. He didnt have to do that thanx for the heads up.....:-)

I've still got no refund and I am charged in full. I've already mailed to Mike and been waiting the reply.

Are you sure you haven't been refunded? Email me your order numbers and I will look into it, but it is possible that your refund came after your most recent statement if you paid with a credit card? I am certainly not perfect and could have missed it, but our standard procedure is to refund excess shipping costs(even on a single order). If there was an excess charge, it was likely refunded. :)
