esc overheating help and power cutting to sevos

hi i took my 3905 emaxx out yesterday. it ran for 5 mins and stoped just the motor then it ran for a second time for 3 minuets and then my servos and motor stopped for 30 seconds. my guess is that my esc is overheating and the bec is cutting out perhaps due to the heat.

my set up

motor feigao 7xl

100a esc http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/67G-Programmab...742.m153.l1262

battry 5000mah 25c lipo

thank you

7Xl = lots of amp = lots of heat
Linear BEC (on guessing 4s) = lot of heat
minimal cooling = lotis of heat

what is your gearing?

Solutions:
- add a fan
- get an ubec
- lower gearing (doubt this will be enough)
- buy a better esc
