charger help

hello.
i am thinking of buying that charger:

http://global.ebay.com/gbh/viItem?ItemId=120277416800
in the 1 to 5 cells connections for lipos, are they standard and fit all kinds of lipos?
or do i need some thing to adapt there?

i only have nimh´s until now so this is my bigger doubt..

regards

justa few thoughts

1. the chargers max output is only 50watts, if you are only charging 2s packs your charges will be within an hour if you dd higher voltage packs it will greatly increase the time.
2.You get what you pay for, and $50 usd isnt very much I would buy a Hyperion model very trouble free and they have balance adapters for all the different types
3. I wouldnt do business with any chinese company, I dont like how they do business...they can rippoff ideas, patents from the legit compaines with no repercussions from their government

There is a big difference between products that are offloaded for manufacture to other countries, and products that are reverse engineered and resold as thier own as AZJC was pointing out. Do a search for A123's on Ebay. There is one listing from a company in China that has been there forever. Do you really think they are selling actual A123's? I think not.

There is a used Hyperion for sale in the General Forum on here. Do yourself a favor, and get that one. You'll be much happier 5 years down the road.

You will have to purchase a balancer/connector(s) based on which brand of battery you end up buying.
