A Possibility, 2 ESCs for 1 Motor

I was wondering for a little while now, is it possible to run 2 escs for 1 motor.... Let's say.. I wire up 2 schulze 18.61K and used it for 1 motor... Anyone ever gave this any thought?...

would that make the esc be able to handle 120+ amps?...

I was thinking of matching 2 identical models esc......

I think the feed back from one another would cause smoke. JMO

not like smoke is something unusual for a schulze....

Have two smoking schulze on one truck.

That would be origional, though not recomended

Is that two escs on one motor or two schulze smoking on one truck? Which one would be orginal and not suggested? :D

I'm wondering two escs....
I've already had two smoking schulze on my truck... hahaha

HOLY ScHULZE!!.. it's on fire.!!!

I wonder if it works, cuz it's sensorless... so I assume it only output the currents.. so if it only outputs to the motor... then it should work.. theoretically... I'm gonna buy another cheap $50 esc and try it out....

Two esc's on one motor

No, it's not possible.

The escs need to be synchronized, otherwise the can blow up one and another.. (one neat idea mr BK) synchronisation of two escs... it takes a 3080 and two 36150S types to make a car fly..

The 36150 allready is capable of handling 6500 watts.

aqwut 10.03.2005 09:50 AM

that's because the 3080 have 6 connectors on the back of it?.... with 10000 watts, what esc could you possibly use for that 3080... the 40160 can only handle 7700 watts.. that's jut enough for the 3080....

It's because of the limit of the plugs.

aqwut 10.03.2005 11:31 AM

couldn't you put two wires to one plug... like the schulze 40.160WK, it has 6 plugs on it....

Serum 10.03.2005 11:53 AM

Yes and the BK controllers have got 2 wires per output too. (6 in total) I don't understand your question.

It's not the wire that can't handle the power, it are the plugs..

coolhandcountry 10.03.2005 12:35 PM

Need better plugs to run the extra power. I know what you saying.

nbcaznmaster 10.03.2005 03:05 PM

how about soldering the wires?
