Mod 1 spur for e revo
 

Hi guys is there any way i can buy a spur gear for the e revo not the 32 pitch cuz i have lots of 5 mm pinions for my mod 1 ofna spur gear that i used in my grollamaxx tranny thanks for the help what about this http://www.rc-monster.com/gears.php?pg=2or else where can i get them

What is the bolt pattern? The nitro Revo (mod1) and Jato (32p) use the same bolt pattern (3 hole); I can't imagine Traxxas would change it for one vehicle, especially since most of the newer vehicles use the Revo-derived slipper setup. The only trouble you may have is finding a ratio that will work. AFAIK, the Revo spurs only go up to 40T, which limits the pinion selection. Just do the calculations to see how things work, and if the ratios work, you have nothing to lose by trying one out.

I use the nitro 40t spur on my e-revo with a 17t pinion. I dont think you could go much lower with out modding the motor mount. Maybe down to a 15t.

From what I have read you can mod the mgt spur fairly easily to fit the e-revo. That will give you some more gearing options.
