Are you using cc_02 cable?
Do you have battery plugged in and switch turned on (after plugging in all cables)?

Figured out why I could not get it to work... I think...MGM did not send a cc-02 cable w/the usb cable. All I received was the usb cable in the package and NO cc 02 high speed cable. Do you have to buy it separately? Or am I still missing something?

yes the cc_02cable is sold seperately

RC-Monster store has em

I found the cable on this website...Personally, I think that it is ridiculous to have to buy 2 separate components. Wouldn't it be easier and cheaper for the man. to assemble them both in one package??????? I am probably not the only one who didn't buy the cable and/or didn't know about it. Oh well I will just have to place another order from Mike.

You aren't -lol- I did the same thing a lil over a year or so ago when i got my 160/24, but gave up on the PC connection and just used it all manually... i even remember sending an email to mgm about it, and they mentioned nothing of a CC_02 cable, untill a short while ago when i got my 80/18, and was definate about getting it to work on the pc - then i ended up reading it on their site how it has to be used with the CC02  -lmao-

But i do agree - pretty silly not providing such a simple cable without the USBcom to start with... why not add on the extra couple of bux it costs to the USBcom and be done with it?

Once I figured it out that I needed ANOTHER cable I was not v/happy to say the least...but, luckily my mmm is still running...for now

They probably sell the cable seperately because the USBcom will work with older controllers through the receiver plug; no need to make someone buy something they don't need.

And a little research (downloading the manual) before purchase, was all that I needed to place the order for the controller, USBcom and cable at the same time.

it would be nice if the sites were you can buy them would have it listed in the advertising

 Until your cable shows up use can always just use this method..
