AE Sports Truck?

Thought all the rumors were crap as AE is usually the last to the party but by the looks of it a Sports Truck (like the Traxxas Slash) is in the works.

Its known as the Rc10C4 or Corr 4 on RCU. does anyone know what scale it is?

I saw that yesterday on the back cover of RCCA but it's the only pic so far of the truck. My guess is that it's probably going to be similar to the Slash. Maybe a RC10T4 with a longer chassis and shorter arms. I would rather see a B44 with a plastic chassis and 4WD though. That way you could have a Traxxas 2WD class and an AE 4WD class so the Traxxas guys don't get their panties in a bunch. AE isn't known for rushing new products to the market so it may be a while until release.

For now I'm somewhat happy with the Slash although I hate the transmission. It's older than dirt, no sealed diff, plastic motor mount, and the fact that I have to take 23 screws out to get to the diff. Traxxas needs to look at the E-Firestorm for what a transmission should really look like.

If it is 4WD than im getting one

It's a shame that Losi made the Desert Truck the way they did and not like these trucks

RC-10 indicates radio controlled 1/10th scale, so its 1/10. Every number after rc indicates the scale for ae products.

That's only if the RC10C4 name is direct from AE. I wouldn't be surprised if we end up seeing an RC8C4 if they keep it the same size as the Slash. IMO, Traxxas calling the Slash 10th scale is way off and for some reason they call everything they make 10th scale. :oh:

Whatever they make I just hope it's durable and geared toward bashers as well as racers.

Slash is a 1/10 truck and it seems huge for the scale
