Quark
What exactly happened to them?
Would it still be possible to get a ESC warranted? |
fell off the face of the earth
|
It's too bad. They had one of the smoothest ESCs I've used. They did have some disadvantages, but what ESC doesn't...
|
does the smoothness come from the brain board or the power board?
|
Firmware mostly. The 125B had the same number/type of FETs as the older MM, but until the new CC firmware came out, the Quark handled slotted stator motors MUCH better.

great support in australia, and even better prices... something like $170 for a 125 posted?

Their Korean address was posted somewhere in these forums back in June when they started being missed. I have it if you need it, but I'd start with the email. I've seen several threads and they are still warranting as they did when they were in US - just have international mail to wait for now.
Realized the city they're in would hit in a search - here it is - see reply #7 - includes phone number - http://www.rc-monster.com/forum/show...=Seokgwan-Dong |

Just sent it off. Lets see what happens. I'll try to update this thread when I get it back. ;)

Hope it all goes well.
