Schulze ESC: future-32.80FWK
Is it any good? I saw an auction for it on ebay.
http://cgi.ebay.com/Schulze-ESC-futu...QQcmdZViewItem I posted up teh link on here, confident taht no1 will betray me and bid on the item. Anwayz, is it good for car? How many amps can that thing handle? |
Linky no worky, I haven't been able to direct post ebay links recently either though. I'll try to do it here. Piece of crap, stupid ebay doesn't want me to link it....oh well. The item number is 6005795857, we can try it that way.......seems to work.
Anyway, it's a Schulze, which are known for going up in smoke for no apparent reason. For that alone, I would pass......but it's your call. |
item # 6005795857

Heh, seems the stupid number is the only way to get it to work. :)
|
is it a good esc for e-maxx? If i buy it! would any1 trade a 9920 for it with cash??? :)
|
I don't think it's a car/boat controller though.it says FAI on the schulze website,does that mean planes?
80 amps though,32 cells. The 32.170 is a car controller,it's nearly 600 euros though. |
awww, nvm :( maybe it would make an insane ST or onroad controller! break the world record! 30 cells on a pro4 or something!
|
32.80 fwk controller is what the back of it says. I can't remember what the letter means. It tells you what it is for. I would like to have it.
|
if i buy it, would you trade me a 9920 with some cash???
|
FWK means that it has a heatsink, it is for cars, and is waterproof (or something along those lines). The 18.97 for cars has the same letters.
This would be an awesome HV controller to have, assuming it wouldn't go up in smoke. I have just recently heard about some other new controllers that will be coming out. They are called "Quark" controllers. The 33amp version has been sold on Ebay, but here is a link to specs on the more powerful ones: http://sky-technology.co.kr/product_html/p_list.asp These controllers are inexpensive, but the price isn't yet posted. I am guessing that the 125amp one will go for ~$200-220. |
ehhh, sound like cheap knockoffs! they are perfect for me!!! now i wonder if i can find a used one.... lol!
|
would teh schulze bee good for e-maxx or no? if it is, then im bidding!
|
If you run the right motor and gearing. I May say yes. IF the letters are for a car. My book says that it is fai, water cooled.
|
Is that what the universal part means? it can be used in cars boats and aircraft?
K means heatsink,W means splash protected and FWK means FAI program, splash protection and water cooling tubes. |
80amps (especially with a Schulze) won't be enough unless you use about 18 cells with a slow motor.
