Wonderful New Invention!!!
I GOT A GREAT IDEA!!! tetholon coated rc parts! not the a-arms and stuff that get scratcehd but other stuff like reciever box or chassi or shocktower, stuff like that!! just take a air compressor adn BOOM! all teh dirt fly off! with no cleaning!!!
That would be expensive! That's probably the single biggest reason why more things don't use Teflon.
what's tetholon
teflon is a no-stick coating that they coat the really expensive pots and pans with.
It is sweet for sure, but I don't mind cleaning my truck. This way I know there are or arn't any part's that need to be replaced.
Ncazn, without a doubt, a great idea!
Perhaps Daniel has got something to say about this. I thought that a teflon coating is not strong on soft material like plastic though. I could be wrong.. |
of course, its only for teh richest rc people! lol, if u got brushless, then u can afford teatholon!
How about just WD40? It makes plastic look brand new again, and makes it very hard for new dirt to stick, most just blasts off with compressed air.
AHHA, u serious? Coat ur rc car in OIL! nothing will stick! problem is, what if a spark gets loose or something and BOOM! ur whole car is on fire!
Oil needs to boil before it will burn..
WD 40 seems nice, but i don't like it. It's sticky somehow. It gets nasty brown.. |
Why don't you lazy bum's just clean your car?
Direct Dutch Humor..
If you don't drive it, you don't have to clean it!
:L: Ooh, that was mean. Just playing' |
what about aluminum? Dirt comes off aluminum pretty easy.
nope..
aluminum can be a pita to clean... @daniel.. Thanks for the tip...... ;) |
