Might sell my G-Maxx
 

I have a G-Maxx set up that is in really good condition (zero scratches). I believe its the second generation version, but not really certain. I currently have it set up with an HV-Maxx 4.5 (with 5mm rotor upgrade) in it. My brother in law has expressed an interest in purchasing the truck from me, but I have no idea how much its worth. I'm thinking 300 to 400, but I dont want to take him to the cleaner. He'll pay me whatever I tell him, so give me some feedback on it.

Any pictures of it? Pictures will really help in determining how much its worth... :yes:

The only major add ons are 4 big bore shocks (anyone have 4 more?:intello:)
and the RPM A-Arms......

Since I trawl ebay alot, looking at this kinda stuff...:

hvmaxx = $180-200
Gmaxx chassis = $200-250
RPM parts = whatever new cost is, minus 10%
3906 diffs = $30 for both
CVDs = whatever new cost is, minus 20%
Wheels and tyres = $40-60, depends on condition (chips, scratches etc)
Radio = make him get his own.
Various other parts like bulks and towers & shocks etc = $40-60, condition again.

If you parted it out, that would be a pretty good estimate I reckon, so make your decision based on that, maybe minus 5-10% of the total cost if you sell it whole to him.

I'll probably sell it to him on the low side of 350 or so. I dont have near that much into it, 'far as I can remember (that's one of my down sides - remembering just how much I've dumped into this hobby:lol:).

Sometimes I wish I could forget...
