Can we send in the v1 mmm for a straight up exchange?
 

Do we have to wait until they croak before we send them in or can we just fill out the paper work and send it in now. One of mine is already dead...I am hoping to just send it in w/the other one.

That is what Patrick said. He also said to wait until all of the repaired ones had been returned before sending it in. I would send the bad one in and keep the other until they have the production issues sorted out. I have a working v1 and will most likely keep it until it croaks, or they cover all of their back orders...
