Mmm V2 Up In Smoke !!!
OMG !!! I thought the nightmare was over!
I got the first v2 MMM last week....ran it about 10 times on 4s and 6s configurations...not even a hiccup. plugged the batteries in this mornng, turn on the switch...and ppffftt! a small puff of white smoke comes out the side..and of course, it is done for just came back from the post office.....oh, the agony:surprised: |
At least i'm not the first one to kill one this time...:tongue: sorry to hear about that Larry. I was looking forward to seeing some mean speed run vids from you.

Larry you plugged in 2x 3s 5000 mah Maxamps lipos and a Neu 1.5d ? Had you run this configuration with the MMM v2 before ?

this is not the news i wanted to hear i thought the problems had been ironed out
now thats two things i heard i wonder if it was to do with the fan wires keep us posted has anyone else got there v2 back a tried it yet and o yeah sorry to hear about your mmm i bet your gutted :diablo: |
ive ran my v2 for just over 3 hours combined time and no issues yet. Im trying to get Larry to say he screwed up so I feel better LOL but I know thats not the case. Ugh. Think I may take mine apart this evening and mod up the case and stuff like in BrianGs post.

Thats fantastic, now I don't know if I should even run it for fear of frying my battery. When my V1 went up in smoke I only got lucky that the battery did not go too.
I guess I'll ebay it and stick to my nitro for another six months. |
