VID: BL Hyper at the track

Got a little playtime in today. Panther Chameleon tires hooked up great in this loose stuff. They've worked great on just about any track I've tried 'em on.

do most tracks have all flatlands?

seems like it would be tough to race that track since your bouncing around from all the hard landing

tc3_racer_001 08.15.2008 10:10 PM

whats your setup?

marzac2 08.15.2008 10:47 PM

Yep! That's M&M. The new layout is a lot of fun.

lydiasdad 08.15.2008 11:27 PM

thats very close to my setup. A hyper 7 on 6sa123 with a 12xl.

Looking good bro... one of my setup is similar as well... 6S1P A123 and 12XL... nice weight balance for them jumps..

mfire 08.16.2008 12:41 AM

sweet i have not been there in a while do they still have that crappy on road track in the back?

Blunten 08.16.2008 01:09 AM

I think they made that on road track much bigger so they can race 1/12 scale.

t-maxxracer32 08.16.2008 01:52 AM

what i meant was.....
everytime you land it is a flatland. theres no landing made.
it looks likea fun track though!

They have two tracks in the back now. One is a 1/12th scale "off road" track, but it's essentially an onroad track with built jumps, etc. The second one is a real on-road track. They've got real bumpers, the lot has been resurfaced/sealed so it's a nice surface to run on. It's enough to make me consider an on-road vehicle.

Ah I see what you mean now. Well, conceivably I should be hitting the doubles so I land on the down side of the second one, but I have a tendency to go for big air, rather than drive properly! However, there are still several jumps that are just that...jumps. I don't think I've seen many tracks that have a landing area made?

tc3_racer_001 08.16.2008 07:22 PM

like this one?
http://www.users.bigpond.net.au/bigf...3-23-track.jpg

kinda hard to see but each jump has a good landing. cant wait for my buggy to start going!
have a good one :)
