Anyway totest the MM without a motor?
 

I fried my motor (I think,) so I ordered a neu. Is there anyway to tell if the Mamba Max is tosted also?

I hooked up my sidewinder to the same motor, and it did the same cogging deal, that's how I figured it was the motor. I would just like to make sure the MM is okay, points series start Saturday.

Not really. You could plug the esc into the rx with a servo, and check that it functions that way, but you really need a BL motor to test for proper functionality. You could just buy a tiny cheap $5 motor from ebay, purely for testing with..
