hv-maxx

I might be getting a hv-maxx from coolhandcountry! Is it a decent system? could i race with it and do pretty good in teh unlimited class? Its a step towards REAL brushless at least....

On most tracks, it has enough power to put you in the game at least. If your driving skills are good enough, you could definately win with it(driving skills is much more important than power output).

What size track (small, medium, large)? If it is a large track, you might desire the higher top end of a sensorless system.

www.hobbyhut.com They got pics of their track, lots of tight turns and jumps except for 2 straightways

Yup,
slower and consistent is going to be better than faster and upside down ;)

lol, so u think its a good setup for that track?

crazyjr 10.26.2005 09:54 PM

Thats the type of track you drive smart, not fast.

true, i raced my reg revo. and if i go full throttle on my 2.5, i crash alot on the jumps and turns.

crazyjr 10.26.2005 10:05 PM

That's my kind of track. I wish i lived there

The novak will definately have the best control. No doubt.
