MBX-5 finish
Well I finished my second brushless project today! It a mbx-5 with a mamba max, madusa 36-60-2000, on 4s2p. My gearing is 11/46 a good bit short of where i want to be but i had temp problems with my first build so I thought I would start off small. The body will get so mods soon because the batteries don't fit well. The thing is going to be a rocket once i get the gearing figured out. NEED A BIGGER SERVO! I put in a 135oz. one just to get it down the road a ds 1015 should be on its way shorty.
I know I need pics. but moms got the camera! I'll have them up tomorrow, hopefully. Tell me what you think! Tyler |
WHAT!!!, NO PICS.... Just kidding...look forward to your pics. I redid my mbx-5 as well from my previous BL conversion...I'll try to show you mine...be right back...
Tyler, welcome to the fun house!:mdr: |
Nice to see another Mugen mbx-5 here. I haven't seen too many. Here are a couple of pics of my second conversion. (Redid first attempt to clean it up )

What batteries are those they look BIG! And do you find that the metal on metal makes a TON of noise?

Looks like a protek from A-Main... I'd guess the 5s 4000mah 20c
