MMM has one built in for 2-6s lipo.

Nothing that I've seen will go higher than 4s, so you will have to try something else like the buzzer/flashing light type LVC warning devices found on heli/plane websites, or hobbycity/swanghobby.

the Schulze 18.97kwf has "under voltage cut off" at 58.6% as stated in manual...this is too low?

That sounds like a setting for nimhs, so it would indeed be too low for lipos probably. Take a look at this thing:

In theory though, you could use a 4s lvc/ battery monitor that plugs into the balance taps on the lipo, and monitor the voltage of 4 out of 5 cells. When the voltage of those 5 cells drops below 12.8v (3.2v per cell) for example, then you know it would be time to stop running:
