Blinky Active balancer?
 

Can you use a Blinky Balancer as your running to keep your pack in check?

It won't hurt to hook it up, but it will have little positive effect, if any. Balancers typically discharge high cells at ~100mA, but since you are discharging the whole pack at WAY higher than that while running, the balancer will not come close to having a chance to equalize the cells in that short a time.
