Losi Xcelorin ESC's
 

Anyone here have any experience with them or heard any feedback on them?

I have the 1/10th 4800kv setup. I got it in a speed T in a trade. I was running it on 2s and having fun but decided for 3s and it went so fast it got air under it launched in the air at 70+ mph and hit me in the foot when I was mid jump. I havent been able to walk since Saturday, my whole foot is black yellow and purple, its sweet. They are very smooth. Im waiting B.O. for a 1/8th from amain. What would you like to know ?

What voltage are the 1/8 scale rated at? And the 1/10 scale?

1/8th = 3s-5s 160A continuous current with 800A peak
1/10th = 2s,3s 100A continuous current with 540A peak

I can't believe Losi didn't get the sensored/sensorless 1/10 ESC yet. I've been driving one for a while now and it's very good.

Anyone know if the 1/10 would work in a crt.5 w/Mike's 40mm chassis kit?

pretty much a noob when it comes to electrics....but will the losi 1/8th work well with a neu 1515 2.5 in a CRT X1 Truggy running 5s ?...or is it pretty much for a buggy set up ?....don't really trust using my MMM...thanks for the help

It should. The Losi 1/8 scale motors are 4 pole just like the Neu motors.

The Losi 1/8 Motors are 4 pole and 67mm long which makes them close to the 1515 so it shouldn't be a problem

Seem to be alot of people on RCTECH that have had issues with the Xcelorin ESC's. Might just pray before I go to bed every night that the Tekin 1/8 controller will be out by early next year
