MM with BEC weird problem need help
 

AFter my MMM gave out I decided to use a bec and my MM since everyone seems to have so much success with this setup. I got it all plugged in and there was smoke. The negative wire on the MM was hot and it melted. the bec negative wire was also hot and also melted. I thought maybe my MM had a bad connection since I had done some soldering a while back. I tried a second MM after double checking all my polarites and the same thing. I have an airtronics 2.4 gig radio, OEM bec and the mamba max. Anyone know why it would do this? I have tested all of the components separately and they all seem to work fine. The radio still works, the bec says 6 volts at correct polarity, and mamba max still works. I am pretty confused.
I have run the BEC before and know how to wire it up.

Looks like I might have had a short somewhere. I rewired it all and everything works ok. One of my mambas wont work with the internal BEC anymore so I must have shorted something out. Oh well.
