flm single spd case
 

heyu guys,upon futher insp. i thjink the issue might be the way idler gear sits on idler shaft boss.if you look at the stock case youll notice that the boss has a step to it so that the bearing has something to ride on,the flm case,at least mine doesnt have one so when you tighted up screws its putting a bind on the idler,imo,maxxbear

Some other threads allready cover this problem. Did you see them?
