usb , castle creations and bk warrior
hi, have anybody ever tried connecting the bk warrior 9920 esc to the castle creations USB link? did the castle creations software work on it?
advance thanks -tw |
i assume it wouldnt work. Mamba is an american brand company. BK is a german. The programs must be completely different. I think bk has their own connecters.

Mike can get you one.
The 9920 is communication isn't by USB, it's not a standard that the controller manufacturers use/create I have got some building plans for the programmer, the software can be downloaded from the BK site. Interested? you need to know what welding is though.. |
i don't have industrial grade welding, only solder and pencil butane torch. does it involve unwrapping the ESC and actually sticking something in there? i'm so bad at soldering small stuff i wouldn't even think of welding in there. :(
but ya i'm interested if i could do it |
It's about soldering the programming cable.. It uses an IC, that needs to be soldered, and some resistors i thought..
Mike can get you one from BK. ready to rumble.. |
oh oh, sounds too hard for me, thanks for the help though
|
Mike can get you one if you still need it.

The controller plugs into one side and a receiver pack is plugged into the other.
