MMM return question
 

ok im done with MMM im going back to MM as ive never blown one up ( touch wood) so i have 4x MMM to sent back , just a question to anyone that might know does all the wires,connectors and usb cable etc need to go back ?

Are you looking for a refund or or upgrade to V3 - For an upgrade sent it in without anything and it will come back the same way.

I don't think they are doing any refunds.

cheers , i spose replacment would be nice , but wouldnt like to run into more issues , id almost be happy to swap em for a MM and CC bec , wonder if castle would do that ?

also say if one of them has been modded and out of warranty , whats the replacment cost ( eg same situation as MM, i return a heap of charcoal and $50 and got a new one as replacement)

Give them a call, they may swap them for another product. $70 is the flat repair fee for the MMM.

4 MMM's?

Ifi was you, id ask for 2 MM BEC's and put the other 2 on the waiting list for the MMM v3

But as said above.

Replacements: paperwork and ESC
Refund: Everything

yea might just have to wait and see now .. i can buy some time as i now have 5x MM running in all my trucks so hopefully that will buy some time until the v3 comes out.

either way i wasnt too happy ( as alot of ppl arent ) considering i spent $1000 aust on 5x MMM .and 4 blow up (even with bec disable mods and some other mods ) . the 5th one i sold off before i even gave it a chance.
