What did this motor come in?

Anyone have any clue as to what this motor came in originally?
I am assuming it came in something cause it says "ORIGINAL FACTORY MOTOR".
Or is it a hop up?
Thanks

P.S
It is about the size of a 550.

That's the RTR motor from the Associated T4 RTR SE. Here's a link to their page with a pic on it.

Dang, Batfish beat me to it. Yeah, it came with the T4 RTR "Special Edition", and is okay. It's kinda slow for a 15t, but it's just an RTR motor, meant to hold you over until you want to buy a new one.

Thanks guys.
What other applications do you think this will work in?

coolhandcountry 11.18.2005 03:18 PM

Should be a step up from a stinger in a stampede.

Would this motor work in an E-Maxx? (if I had 2 of them abviously)
Thanks.

dabid 11.19.2005 03:36 AM

Nope, nowhere near enough torque. Plus, it's about the slowest 15 turn out there, you'd be better off with dual Magnetic Mayhems instead.

Thanks dabid. Off to ebay it goes.

coolhandcountry 11.20.2005 09:27 AM

would that be better in a stampede? If so could you send me the number johnny. I may be interested.

If you've got paypal Leroy, just name your price and it's yours (or send money order).

It'd be okay in a Pede, but they're just a basic RTR motor that's a step above a sealed can motor. I'd bet it'd do better on some good cells (only ran my friend's on Epic 3000's), like GP3300's at the very least, it was kinda sad on the cheapo packs.
