gearing of a crt.5?

i got a crt.5 with a feigao 9l, a mm esc and 3s zippy lipos.
what pinion shall i use? 14 or 16 or....?

Try putting it all in the speed calculator and gear for whatever you want your top speed to be.

I'm running the same setup (3s 4000mah 20C) with an 18t pnion. However I did try a 14t pinion, and it was more driveable.
