Losi 4s Hard Cased Lipo

Has anyone tried this battery yet?
I searched on here, but haven't found much info about it.

I do not know of anyone who has used it yet. I am guressing it has the chinese cells, due to its outside dimensions. Buy one and tell us how it does!

yeah, i have 2 of them for my losi 8 Tekno with a neu 1515. they are great batteries. i get 30 minutes of run time every time and sometimes a little more. they fit the tekno conversions well. you just need to grind down one end of the battery tray cuz the battery is about 1/4" longer than the tray but this poses no issues. anyway, great batteries. plus the losi EC5 connector is second to none. impaktrc.com sells them for $210. by the way, i am probably selling mine cuz i am moving to 5 cell lipos. i was going to throw them on ebay but let me know if you are interested. one of them has had about 6-7 cycles ran and balanced every other charge and the other one i just barely got and have ran it one time. i was thinking about $150/ea. any takers?

when i measure mine i get 6" x 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" roughly. the only drawback to these batteries is they are heavier due the the hardcase.

i must say though that tonight i just go my new Thunder Power V2 batteries and i think it is a lot faster than the Losi battery. it is the same exact specs too. i have a Thunder Power extreme V2 4s 25c 5000mah. it is a little more money but the battery is slightly smaller, weighs less, and IMO performs better. you can get them here.

next i am going to try the Enerland 30c packs. i have heard from many in the industry that Enerland and ThunderPower are the best out there but the Losi batteries have still been good batteries.

the hard case of the losi is nice when it comes to setup though. the perfect square pack just fits nicely in the chassis.
