Is the HPI mt2 considered a mini truggy?

My brother has one and as far as I know its every thing the crt.5 is minus the wing. Is there a size difference between the two trucks? cuz the mt2 it the same size as a 1/10 stadium truck. how does the crt.5 compare?

The MT2 is wider, and longer than the CRT.5. The CRT.5 with the extended chassis and wide-offset 2.2 truck wheels is 1/11 scale at best IMO.

Truggys weren't around back in the day when the RS4 MT was out. But like MetalMan said, the CRT.5 still won't be near as big as it

It's missing a key part to really be considered a "truggy". It has no center diff.

Thanks :intello:. Unfortunately though I never had the right drill bit to drill through the hardened steel motor shaft, so it hardly had 4wd.
