New to Lipo's, balancing and charging questions
 

Hey guys, i've been looking for a balancer because the DTX Ice doesn't have one, is it neccesary to balance every charge/discharge? What is a good balancer or maybe even a charger/balancer for 2s-4s tops? something under 150 for a charger/balancer, thats about my limit for funds right now.

For an all in one package around $150 look at the hyperions. If you don't have a power supply the eos0606i ac/dc is decent but a 4s pack won't charge at more than 3Amps. If you have a power supply they have some other choices.

I use a Hyperion 0610i charger and the Ofna 18amp PS and bought both for about $250 and it will charge most any lipo you could come across
