False accusations against billytrucks

I have been reading all of the postings that are full of false and threatening accusations against me (Billytrucks), and decided it was time to set the record straight. For those of you that are interested in the true facts surrounding the erroneous allegations against Billy trucks by Robin Oury of Unlimited Engineering, here are the facts:
1. Billy trucks has never manufactured parts for RC trucks or had RC truck parts made for them.
2. Billy trucks has never listed any parts that weren’t Unlimited Engineering parts as “Unlimited Engineering parts, rare parts, or collector’s items”.
3. Billy trucks has not broken any laws, trade mark agreements, or e-bay rules.
4. Billy trucks has gone out of his way to supply parts to his customers that they have asked for.
5. Unlimited Engineering has no patents for any of its RC parts.
6. Unlimited Engineering has no registered trademarks. (All public knowledge)
7. Copy rights pertain to music or paintings or that type of material, not machined parts. They have to be covered by a patent and Unlimited Engineering does not have any RC car part patents.
8. All the parts in question are made of 7075 T-6 aluminum, the same material as the parts produced by Unlimited Engineering. The strength of the parts is the same.
9. Billy trucks has always honored the money-back guarantee posted on his listings.
10. Contrary to what is posted in the UE forum, Law enforcement is NOT a matter of numbers it is a matter of right and wrong. Billy trucks has not broken any laws and has the right to sell the parts he sells. However, filing a false statement with the police can be a crime and encouraging people to break the law is as well.
11. Robin Oury has been made aware of all these facts by a lawyer and continues to mislead you to think that there has been something wrong done. That is not the truth.
To all of you that have supported Billy trucks and provided information. Thank you!
For the rest of you, if Unlimited Engineering does start to make parts I guess that you can thank Billy trucks. Ironically, Robin Oury has ignored your pleas for over two years, thereby creating a supply problem from which he benefits. Only when someone started filling that supply gap did he decide to restart manufacturing. It’s Oury you should be angry with, not me.

Thanks for setting the record straight.

In the interest of keeping this thread from being some type of battleground with back-and-forth bickering and flaming, I am closing this thread.
