INTEGY heatsink ?

Does anyone know if you take the bars off this integy heatsink . Will the fan bolt directly to the heatsink ?. Im looking for a heatsink fan combo for my FTTC4. Thank's for any help .

you can uncsrew the bars off it and mount the fan in the center or other side, I have 2 of those i used on my vtwin, i took off the bars completely and just mounted the fans dead center on the heat skink

have an old pic

its ok, cooled it off alot, only covers like 1/2 though. Real thin cheap light aluminum it dissipates (sp?) the heat rather well

This is for my touring car . There kind of sealed up . so any little bit will help . If it will lower at least 10 - 20 degress i would be happy .

Whats everyone's opinion on this versus the integy version ?. it's half the price . I just want to cool the motor 10-20 degrees if possible .

probably the same thing Hippy, Integy is generally the hong kong stuff with a giant mark up. The integy sink worked well but it was total $17 pile of turd, im sure a hand full of aluminum foil wrapped around it would do the same job

It looks like the integy one acctually touches the motor can more than the 3racing one . Which will help cool the motor .
